Ok fair enough, however it seems the following strategy might work

    1. Clone [email protected]:osxfuse/osxfuse.git

    2. Checkout the branch: support/osxfuse-3 (which still contains the source code)

    3. Try to run make (and make install)

I tried that but I failed since I needed to install automake and autoconf but obtained
Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be able to fix things by running:



  fink scanpackages

  sudo apt-get update

  sudo apt-get install autoconf=1:2.63-7
