There is a separate build of intltool for different distributions. For some reason I see only a OS version 15 package on my OS 15 / Intel system.

I doubt that simply rebuilding intltool40 will solve the problem, since in fink-distributions the highest package version
I see is intltool40-14.0.info <http://intltool40-14.0.info/>, which is still based on system-perl5303. But 14.6 or 14.7 indeed hass 5341, which is what
/usr/bin//perl resolves to.
Like yours, my installation on Sequoia uses intltool40-15.0.info <http://intltool40-15.0.info/>, but I could not find that either on current git or in any
pull request – not sure if I just fixed it locally without ever submitting upstream, but it would seem that Fink at this point
is missing both a 15.0 and 14.6{?} dist-variant to work with perl 5.34.1.

Cheers,
