pango1-xft2-ft219-dev-1.22.0-4

Hi,

It would be nice if this package (and the other pango1-xft2-ft219-...  
packages) would specify that it provides pango1-xft2-dev, since other  
packages depend on the latter naming. True, those packages can change  
their dependency as well, but specifying the provides field here  
would be a nice gesture towards other packages.
