To elaborate, the lib that the -ft219 packages supply are not the same as and are known to be incompatible in some respects to those in the non -ft219 packages. It's really critical to know what you're getting at all times, otherwise you'll have really *no* idea what you're getting and no way to "work correctly" with it. Several months ago, I audited the whole package collection and found no packages that still used the non -ft219 libs.
