Shouldn't there be a news item on the Fink home page by now:

"Don't try to install the latest gtk+2-shlibs right now. It
won't work. Stay with version 2.12.11-2 and come back in a couple of days."

Honestly, what advice should we give the people on fink-users and
fink-beginners? Don't try to use Fink right now, come back later?
