gail has changed, but it's still compatible, so this is an ignorable
warning for users.

gtkhtml is explicitly saying "gtk: do not use any legacy compatibility
modes" and then doing something that is only present in legacy
compatility mode. How clever!
However, I *think* that gtkhtml is completely deprecated itself, so
you can probably remove it entirely and get on with your life rather
than trying to fix it. There's an entirely separate and newer gtkhtml
package ("gtkhtml3.14" or something like that) that appears to build
successfully. If you find any packages that explicitly require the old
gtkhtml3.8* stuff, please let us know.
