gdk-pixbuf-0.22.0-14

Hi,

have upgraded to the newest packages of gtk2 etc.
Now, I get the following error in the webcollage-helper from
xscreensaver
(various releases, e.g. 4.23, 5.07):
"Cannot recognize image file format" for jpg or ppn files.
I could track that down to presumably coming from gdk-pixbuf-0.22.0-14.
It worked with the pervious version. Did I do something wrong?
(I run "selfupdate" and then "update all" in FinkCommander.)

I have not yet found another app reporting this error, but will try
to do so.
Problem is that I do not use tetex anymore but TexLive. Thus, I cannot
easily install a gnome program such as gthumb because it insists on
tetex and system-tetex does not recognize TexLive-2008.
