This would require the same patch as was recently done for inkscape: 
Replace the whole list of
#include <gtk/gtksomething.h>
by one call to
#include <gtk/gtk.h>

Two files are concerned:
widgets/misc/e-unicode.h
mail/em-account-prefs.h

But then maybe it would be more reasonable to upgrade the package to 
evolution-2.25 where this is already fixed.
