error trying to update to gtk+2 2.16.6-1

I am doing my first update of fink downloaded sw since I installed  
10.6. WHile attempting to build
and install
(i)	gtk+2	2.16.6-1	The Gimp Toolkit
(i)	gtk+2-dev	2.16.6-1	The Gimp Toolkit
(i)	gtk+2-shlibs	2.16.6-1	The Gimp Toolkit

I get the following error message's

I did attempt the selfupdate then update-all w/o helping the situation.

checking /usr/X11/lib for that file I find

also checked /developer
