I have dia 0.97-3 installed now.

fwiw, (the gnome team is probably aware of these, but just in case) the 
bundle-gnome-office dependency check is now interested in:

libgoffice and seamonkey (and seamonkey-shlibs)

WARNING: While resolving conflict "libgoffice" for package 
"abiword-2.6.8-3", package "libgoffice" was not found.
WARNING: While resolving dependency "seamonkey (>= 1.1.17-1)" for 
package "evolution-2.26.3-6", package "seamonkey" was not found.
WARNING: While resolving dependency "seamonkey-shlibs (>= 1.1.17-1)" for 
package "evolution-2.26.3-6", package "seamonkey-shlibs" was not found.

I know this is still being worked on and am not in any kind of a rush.
