control center issues

Hi,

Here are the issues trying to build control-center with X11 (xquartz)  
2.5.1 RC1 on fink unstable.

First of all, it needs libgnomekbd2-4-dev to build (which also  
installs libgnomekbd2) and when you past the configure with it  
manually installed, it fails at "fink binary precedence" (that new  
thing).
