Fink's gnome-session-2.28.0-2 fails to build

On a 10.5/unstable buildworld, gnome-session-2.28.0-2 fails to build 
with this error:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables SPLASH_CFLAGS
and SPLASH_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
