Failed: phase installing: gnome-icon-theme-2.28.0-1

Hello all,

I bit the bullet and decided to try reinstalling everything from scratch. After installing fink, reconfiguring for stable, and using update-all the first command I ran was sudo fink install maxima. I went with default options down the line, and gnome-icon-theme-2.28.0-1 fails to install. 

Here is the error that killed it:

My /usr/local is moved out of the way, so it shouldn't be that (though it was there in the first compile attempt when the dependencies were compiled). Relevant version info:

Package manager version: 0.29.13
