Fixed in revision 7. I copied the magic from other packages that do 
similar unburying, and mis-assumed that bin/* was just compile-time 
introspection script (-config, like .pc) rather than runtime binary 
programs. It is surprising that nobody had caught an effect of it so 
far!

They were in -shlibs before I unburied things, so I left them there. 
The -shlibs package runs fc-cache in its PostInst, so it's probably 
best that it exists (though it will fail gracefully if not). We had 
huge problems years ago where the solution was for users to run 
fc-cache manually at various times (I'm guessing triggered when 
"something" was updated, so "something else" needed to recache?), so 
maybe this cured that? Putting it in a separate package would not work 
because fc-cache links against libfontconfig.1.dylib, so that separate 
package would have circular dependency in order to allow this PostInst 
solution.
