I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.

No.  See how the 2.29.92 packages show 10.5/local ?  That means you
built it from a *local* tree package description.  The project _never_
had a 2.29.92.

*i* indicates that you currently have a newer version installed than is
available from the known package descriptions.  You presumably _had_ a
package description for 2.29.92-1 and deleted it.

It's the newest version, so "fink cleanup" won't touch the .debs.

Why are you using "reinstall"?  That installs the .deb for the same
version of the package that you currently have installed.  You can use:

fink install glib2-shlibs-2.22.4-5 glib2-dev-2.22.4-5
