Problem with missing GStatBuf in gstdio.h for viking 1.5

Hello

I tried to compile viking 1.5 (an older version of viking is part of
fink) and there's a problem in vikwindow.c with a missing declaration
of GStatBuf, which should be declared in gstdio.h.

For reasons unknown to me GStatBuf is there in
<https://git.gnome.org/browse/glib/tree/glib/gstdio.h> but not in the
file installed on my machine (fink glib2 2.22.4-5).

Adding the delcaration of GStatBuf manually to gstdio.h worked to
compile a working viking 1.5.
