Possible glitches in make install

While issuing make && make install in:

1 - xml/doc

I've got this warning:

...
Installing PHP files
cp *.inc ../web/doc/
cp: *.inc: No such file or directory
make: [install] Error 1 (ignored)
...

2 - xml/news

I've got this warning:

...

Maybe not important, but well just for you to know.
