Problem when synchronizing with shell

Not sure if it is good or not, I've got this message when synchronizing 
the web site:

Fixing permissions
chgrp: changing group of `./pdb/CVS/Entries': Operation not permitted
chgrp: changing group of `./pdb/.#nomaintainer.php.1.6': Operation not 
permitted
