How does this error, which mentions /packaging, relate to my changes
to /porting? Or did you get this error while accessing /porting? Need
much more information about how you got this message if we have a hope
of diagnosing it (it *appears it's Jeff Ye trying to access something
owned by dmalloc?). OTOH, pogma says Clef just reported this as a bug
to SourceForge, so maybe they'll fix it.
