Anyone have any idea as to what's going on or how to correct it?


I don't know how cvs locks, but my guess is you don't have write permission of the directory (/cvsroot/fink/web/xml/users-guide), or of the file (/cvsroot/fink/web/xml/users-guide/#cvs.lock).
