no write access to cvs repository

I have posted to both this group and the fink core group regarding my
write access problems to the cvs repository.

russian translation" uguide.ru.xml Makefile
cvs [server aborted]: "commit" requires write access to the repository

This issue remains unresolved.  I am writing to request that somebody
with appropriate access please add a russian translation of the
users-guide to the web site.  A lot of effort went into the
translation and it would be a waste for it not to be utilized.

Let me know and I can email you the "uguide.ru.xml" file as an attachment.
