The most important outdated page, as it is seen by everyone going on  
the website, is the home page (web/index.php).

If you translate it, you have also to extract part of the top of the  
page and feeds constants.de.inc with it. I've made a mixture of what  
I found in German in the files, but that can be improved to reflect  
exactly what is in the English page. Especially in this .inc file,  
the meta tags are not completely translated into English, it may  
matter to you as PR :-)

I've updated the news with English and fixed also old parts of it  
which were outdated with English.

Also to know how pages are articulated, it is useful to go here:

The second diagram gives you the files to update either xml or php.  
It is accessible from the multilingual page, but here you have the  
direct access.

users-guide since November 2004

II - In web

Outdated:
download/fix-upgrade
download/srcdist
download/upgrade (here the old one has to be stored into upgrade-old,  
and the new one in upgrade)

If it helps I can merge the latest English version into the German  
files, be them already translated into German or not. It would be  
better than something wrong most of the time. Just tell me, but  
please don't use your email-address in reply field, it had bounced  
all the time since ages.

Then up to German speakers to translate them correctly.

A huge work man ! :-)
