That would be already too much. It's already very difficult to cope with the translation of technical documentation, as you've seen a few days ago, especially when one day has only 24 hours, and you have another tasks to complete within the same time. > >> While I may think of it as something interesting for a few >> readers, the web >> site is dedicated to the explaination of how to use fink from the >> user or >> the from developer perspective, not for anything else. What annoy me here is the tiitle of the site Fink Developer Network sounds to me something relating to developers, not to users, even less to sponsors, and I highly doubt that developers will read much of what is related to marketing, but well just me. >> >> But those pages could be added on the sponsored server and linked >> to SF main >> page under Other resources as a unique item, though strictly >> speaking they >> are not resources. > > That would create a mess though, as I do not know how we would keep > that all consistent. How do we seperate that out in the CVS? I don't see the problem here; the index file is a php file not an xml one: there is already a link to the wiki, just put another one to the sponsored server. Then on the sponsored server you will place all the items you mentionned. > If you > prefer that solution, then we should put it on a dedicated web-site > which runs its own CMS Yes, of course, that was obvious to me. But as you will be likely the only one to write those pages and they will be probably not translated, I don't see the problem either.
