Some icons missing in bindist

I've just noticed that some icons are missing when viewing the  
following url:

<http://bindist.finkmirrors.net/bindist/dists/10.4/release/>

Here are the result of Activity window in Safari:

Missing:

http://bindist.finkmirrors.net/favicon.ico
http://fink.sourceforge.net/tracking.js

I've not checked all directories, but it is likely they are missing  
in all directories.
