Possible translation of bindist/dists/ text?

Although it is generated automatically, would it be possible to  
translate the text part of the Fink Archive? Maybe having the text in  
another translatable file and just copying the translation while  
generating automatically the file. Or any other convenient solution.

That is from Welcome to the Fink Archive browser up to Within each  
distribution...

This way, the user would know what are those directories and what  
they contain, otherwise as it is it is fully uncomprehensible.

Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?
