Of course, I would read Japanese, or hire someone with cute voice.  
Indeed, VoiceOver and Speech do not support Japanese (and I believe  
many other languages) at all, and your proposal would be a big  
progress for Japanese (potential) users.

I need to point out that, as I search on the net, people with those  
problems use the computers in different ways. So, we really need to  
talk to these people to make things better.
