Could you please change the group and permissions on quick-start-pkg,  
all *.en.php files? Group is users at the moment, so impeding to  
change the permissions.

(And by the way you did impede me too to update the French part  
normally, well now it is done thanks to pogma).

Example with Fugu.
Connect to the fink web site with your login, authenticate. Go to the  
quick-start-pkg directory. Right click on example.en.php, change  
group to fink, change permissions to rw for owner and group. Apply.  
Then every people could again update correctly the web site without  
problem.
