Translation Support System

Hi all,

As I told to some of you, I made a modification to the fink website.
This will enable the users to send the translation of untranslated
parts of the documents.

This is still under development. But you can try at
http://finkproject.org/faqtest/
(choose Russian, Spanish or Chinese or e.g.
http://finkproject.org/faq/usage-fink.php?phpLang=zh#wrong-arch )

Please let me know if
1. the interface is easy to understand for you
2. the new [translation] doesn't annoy you
