Outdate german quickstart/srcdist pages

Hi all

I noticed the german quick start page is very outdated. The most
recent OS version mentioned is 10.6

Further, if one proceeds from there to the source release page, one
gets presented with a download link for fink-0.28.0
http://www.finkproject.org/download/srcdist.php?phpLang=de

Took me a while to notice I was trying to install an ancient fink
version on a 10.9 system, which obviously didn't work.
