Something not clear in x11.en.xml

In x11.en.xml, section macosx-41, its is written:

There are basically two ways to start XFree86 under Mac OS X.
One is double-clicking the XDarwin.app application in your Applications 
folder.
This will let you choose between full screen and rootless mode in a 
dialog at startup, just double-click the XDarwin.app application.

I don't understand why the "just double-click the XDarwin.app 
application" in the third sentence. It is already written in the second 
sentence.

Am I missing something?
