correcting some glitches in faq.en.xml:

1 - whar.h -> wchar.h in basic-headers
2 - added a closing brace, which was removed somewhere between 1.20-1-25
3 - redone the correct version of X11 versions: the - of the diff were 
added
4 - Added <p> tags to conform to standard
5 - Changed xfree86 to XFree86 in apple-x11-wants-xfree86
6 - Changed download to downloaded (grammar)
