It's just that there is a whole translation team and some rules to 
follow, see Internationalization in doc on the web site.

You can browse the xml files to get an idea how they are made of.

And answer to fink-l18 mailing list is better than to me personnally.

Yes I know, just that I find better let you know before you throw the 
whole work as it is to the translation team.

The procedure to let the translation team know a document is ready for 
translation is explained in the Internationalization document too.
