Hello Thiemo,
I have found a Cafe equipped with W-LAN on this island, so I can give 
some updates. I won't touch the FAQ, since you've done it. As I have 
some more insight how the fink-page is organized, I have an updated 
plan about what I am or was doing (still sort of according to the 
i18n-howto / 2.6 Initial Translation):

done:		2.  	Static PHP files:  done (besides: organization.de.php)
done			seperate "Help" page
done		3.  	Documentation navigation files: (doc) (only: nav.de.inc)
in progress	4.  	User's Guide: todo (uguide.de.xml)
