italian as empty language (because we don't have commit access)

we had localized all the php branch as a team (me and
claudio). 
On the other side I asked to have commit access in the
past but I didn"t receive an answer until today. In a
chat conversation with claudio and people of the fink
team they suggest to renew my request .Then I ask to
have commit access my siforge id is fede_dev.
