I think the issue is, you're basically asking these people for their 
time (translating) before they've even gotten anything out of the Fink 
site.  They're coming here for information, and the first thing they get 
is... nothing.

To me it makes much more sense to have a news item asking for 
translators.  I don't see why you wouldn't think that would work, 
considering the response you got last time asking for translators.

I had no objections to putting a few flags up to see if it gets a 
response from people willing to translate, but having flags implying we 
support 15 languages when we actually support 5 is overkill, in my opinion.
