Hello Group,

I'm done with translating the following files (still sort of according 
to the i18n-howto / 2.6 Initial Translation):

2.  	Static PHP file:  organization.de.php
	seperate "Help" page
3.  	Documentation navigation file: nav.de.inc
4.  	User's Guide:  uguide.de.xml

I have made a zip-file from the changed files in their hierarchy, since 
I dont have an csv-account (and can't use it either due to time 
constraints) may somebody check them over and check them in, too?
