Dear translation team,

I had to modify the files download/nav.*.inc.  I think I did most of 
them OK.  The German file I had to save in a different encoding (emacs 
didn't like the old one), so somebody might check that.  And in the 
Japanese file, I had to add a menu item, which is not yet translated.
