[TRANSLATION] Corrected some typos in faq.en.xml

Changes to integrate in translation:
1 - Wrapped gcc3.1 into <filename> to make it identical to gcc2

Changes just for English file:
2 - Adding a missing space, correcting misspelling word (situation)
