No, there was no delay in CVS, just the concentrator was down at my site yesterday around 16 gmt. So I've only picked today the new Makefile you put in experimental yesterday at 23 gmt time. There are problems in news.es.xml and news.fr.xml, so maybe it would be good to change them before main news editors update news? But I don't know how to do this without the new Makefile and its various xls associated files. If I commit the changes now it will mess the whole tree, and if I wait till main news editors make a change, they would have problems with them.
