That's not that I don't want to commit it, but since now José is the 
leader and has commit access, and told you this very morning to send 
him the files you modify, and it was agreed that I will not deal with 
Spanish files anymore unless I'm told so by José, I'm very sorry, but I 
will not commit it;

Please send it to José who will commit it.
