News rdf in native language

I'll be very happy if the link in news.xx.php at the top of the page 
will be internationalized.

It seems that the recent changes in header.inc does not work, or maybe 
the news process should be rerun for this to work?

And maybe if possible the rdf directory too, so that people see the 
page (with exist) in their language either with a browser or a rss 
viewer.
