Thanks, Hanspeter, you are right. opj_malloc.h is indeed not used at all except of the #include. I really do not understand why this then was added since the previous version.
In any case, your solution is the better one, and so I removed my "mv openjpeg//src/lib/openjp2/opj_malloc.h base" from the CompileScript, and updated the patch file to take the #include line out of base/sjpx_openjpeg.c. See new attachments.

Update from version 9.20 to 9.21.
Required updates in source filename and MD5SUM, as well as updated patch file.
Now downloading tar.xz instead of tar.gz to reduce download size, hence BuildDepends on fink >= 0.32
Needed to add "mv openjpeg//src/lib/openjp2/opj_malloc.h base" in CompileScript, because this file is used by base.

Successfully built with "fink -m build"
