- **status**: closed --> closed-accepted --- ** [package-submissions:#4916] arpack-ng-3.4.0-1 (dependency on gcc6)** **Status:** closed-accepted **Group:** Added_to_Fink **Labels:** sci Updated Version of Existing **Created:** Wed May 10, 2017 04:55 PM UTC by Remko Scharroo **Last Updated:** Mon May 15, 2017 03:48 PM UTC **Owner:** Alexander Hansen **Attachments:** - [arpack-ng.info](https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/package-submissions/4916/attachment/arpack-ng.info) (5.1 kB; application/octet-stream) In order to start making arpack-ng depend on gcc6, I simply replaced "gcc (5)" by "gcc (6)". But since a new version of arpack is now available, I also change the version number from 3.3.0 to 3.4.0. Then, the lapack dependency (for arpack-ng-ref) used to be to lapack 3.5.0 (which itself still depends on gcc5). Instead of updating lapack 3.5.0 to use gcc6, I rather made arpack-ng-ref depend on lapack 3.6.1, which already depended on gcc6. Successfully compiled and tested with fink -m build. --- Sent from sourceforge.net because [email protected] is subscribed to https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/package-submissions/ To unsubscribe from further messages, a project admin can change settings at https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/admin/package-submissions/options.
