This is an updated version of cdo, replacing version 1.7.1 by 1.8.2, which includes a number of new features and bug fixes.
I needed to switch of one test because it miraculously fails, also when run with the current cdo version 1.7.1. I presume this is a bug in the test itself.
Build with "fink -m build cdo" was successful in compilation and all other tests.
