[fink:package-submissions] #4922 fix gcc6_6.3.0-1 for builds against Xcode 9

The complaining headers are just a warning, not fatal. f-p-p will complain about any found header outside the directory tree it was called from. Since f-p-p is called from %b/../darwin_objdir, then anything in %b will be flagged. Fixing this is just silencing a warning and is not necessary (just cleaner).

What about the headers found from file-dev? I built gcc6 w/ and w/out file-dev installed and the binaries differed (by file size check). Have not checked for where the magic.h header is going into the build.
