[fink:package-submissions] #4925 lrzsz package to provide X/Y/Z modem encoding

You can run `fink configure` to set the download preference order. Or you can press ctrl-c while it is trying to download from the master mirror and then tell it to pick the original source URL.

On my system, if I make it use the original source URL, the download works correctly.

This package is a rework with patch file for the very old (OS 10.8?) package.  Passes -m validation.
