Since fink only supports darwin >= 13, we always/only use the clang compilers rather than fink's gcc6 suite. But the dependencies are hardcoded include fink's gcc suite even on supported platforms. Does that mean there is a tremendous dependency that isn't used?

Update the scipy-py packaging to the upstream 0.19.1 release with the Info file changes...

Tested on 10.12 with 'fink -m' for the 2.7, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 variants.
