[fink:package-submissions] #4951 lrzsz package update with missing GCC tag

- **Group**: Undergoing_Validation --> Awaiting_Update_from_Submitter - **Comment**: The GCC tag is used for packages that have c++ code (use the c++ compiler). I don't see lrzsz using any c++ code based on the build log.
