[fink:package-submissions] #4928 pycryptopp-py python library package

Only the py27 variant lacks the hyphen. The current conditional in CompileScript now works.

The py27 variant builds OK. But the py3X variants all fail:

pycryptopp-py package used by duplicity backend.  Package passes validation.
