[fink:package-submissions] #4953 rmagic web log analyzer update

I think it can be updated.  I updated the dependencies and it builds with -m option.  I then ran the sample test on my system and it seems to work fine and produce the reports.  Here is the updated info file.

This is an update to the old standby web log analyzer rmagic.  This should be in the web section of fink.  The build passes the -m build.  It builds and runs the test sample included.  Attached are the info, patch and dpkg output.
